A white beam strikes a glass prism and, on the hit, splits into a 28-wavelength spectrum fan, traced through real Snell refraction and Cauchy dispersion every frame, that rakes a polished black floor into a pool of shimmering caustics. The seven bands then peel off the floor, braid into white where they cross, and trace the seven letters of SPECTRA in rainbow edge light, one glass note per letter, scored with a 120 bpm D-major arpeggio whose notes ride the beam as packets of light.
