Four questions when you book: what the site is for, who it is for, anything you already have, and when you need it. That is the whole brief.

I build a first version before we talk
Not a moodboard and not a wireframe — a real page, in a browser, with the motion working. You see the design on the call instead of a pitch about the design.

One round, on the call
We go through it live and I change what you want changed while you watch. Most of what people want changed is type and pace, and both are minutes.

You get the repo
The whole thing, deployed, plus the source. No retainer, no CMS you have to be taught, and nothing that stops working if you never speak to me again.

A logo or a brand identity
I will use one you have. Making one properly is a different job and a different person.
Copywriting from nothing
Bring what the site should say. I will cut it and set it; I will not invent your positioning.
An ongoing retainer
The handover is the end. Come back when you want something else built.
A CMS or a dashboard
These are marketing sites. If it needs an admin panel it is a different project.

If it is not right on the call, you have lost a quarter of an hour and paid nothing.
