Split-Flap Button — buttons & inputs.

A button whose label is a row of departure-board flaps. On hover each cell falls through its drum letter by letter to a second label, with the top leaf dropping, the bottom leaf landing with a bounce and shading on the turn. The same engine drives a whole live board.
