Ring Cursor — loaders, cursors & feedback.Ring Cursor — loaders, cursors & feedback.

A dot-and-ring cursor whose ring morphs into the rounded rectangle of whatever it hovers, matching its radius, while the element leans toward the pointer on its own spring and the ring rubber-bands inside it. Press tightens it, Tab glides the same ring between focused controls, and touch keeps the native cursor.
