Are the components really free?
Yes, all of them, for good. Every UI and 3D component comes with its code and a one-line install on the Free plan, for personal and commercial work. The MCP server and connector come with Pro and Max. Templates, prompts and Create are what Pro and Max pay for.
What is a Create credit?
One credit is one full Create build with Claude Sonnet 5.5: plan, template, build and a checked preview. Claude Opus 5.5 is the strongest model, runs longer and costs 3. Up to 6 changes to each build are free; after that, start a new build from your latest version. A build that fails is refunded automatically.
Can I try Create on the Free plan?
Create needs Pro, Max or a credit pack: every build runs a model for several minutes and generates new imagery, so there are no free builds. Your brief is kept while you pick a plan, and a 7‑day money‑back guarantee covers every plan.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks. Your builds and code stay yours. Credits reset each billing month, and you can top up any time with a pack of 10 credits for $20.
How many templates can I copy?
Pro and Max copy up to 3 template prompts a day, through the site, MCP or the connector; the count resets at midnight UTC. Live previews, code views and the whole component library have no limit.
Can I use templates in client work?
Yes. Pro and Max include a commercial licence: ship the sites you build, for yourself or for clients. You can’t resell the templates or prompts themselves as a library.
What does “registry + MCP” mean?
Every component installs with one line — npx shadcn@latest add https://vividsites.app/r/<name>.json — into Next, Vite or a plain HTML project. The MCP server lets Claude, Cursor or any MCP client search the library and pull code directly. The install line is for components and works on every plan; templates are not registry items — they come through the MCP server with Pro or Max.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and there’s a 7‑day money‑back guarantee on every plan.
