Rindle is a fictional kitchen that sets watermelon jelly inside a rind of its own, and its hero is a cutting board you can actually cut on. Click or drag across the wedge and a chrome cleaver drops along your line: the jelly dents, splits, and the halves jump apart and wobble on their own springs, every new face showing rind, pale band, flesh and sliced seeds, every piece throwing a caustic shadow in its flavour. A floating price tag does the sum on each cut. Below, four flavours that wobble when poked, a shop and a working cart. Built in HTML and Three.js, one file, no build step.
