Marmor opens a museum's cast gallery for three nights, and its hero is a plaster bust drawn in a quarter of a million points of lamplit dust, sampled from a scanned surface and lit in the shader by a cool silver key and a warm lamp rim, with the carving read from the cast's own texture. The silhouette and the cut hem shed on a curl-noise current and re-form, your cursor is breath on the dust and hollows it along its path, and scrolling dissolves the whole cast into a drifting cloud that re-forms in profile beside the programme. Even the loader is dust, flying together into each percentage. Built in HTML and Three.js, one file, no build step.
