Hotseat is a free-to-play social casino for a group chat, and the roulette wheel in its hero really spins. The shader un-projects the painted pocket ring, rotates it with a blur that grows with speed, and a ball orbits, drops, bounces across the frets and settles in a pocket that flares ember, while a glass readout flips to the number it landed on. Around it a flame wall warped by rising noise, cloud banks that roll in, and chips, dice and embers blurred by depth and kicked up by every result. Five painted layers, all hosted. Built in HTML and Three.js, one file, no build step.
