Glare is a landing page for an eyewear frame whose lenses are not in the photograph. The plate was generated with the rims empty, so the glass is computed every frame: it refracts the contour field behind it, tints to whichever of four swatches you click, and reflects a softbox that exists only in the shader. The acetate around it condenses out of dust on arrival and the cursor blows it back, uncovering the drawing underneath. Built in HTML and Three.js, one file, no build step.
