Dark Moon is the pre-order page for a lunar survival game, and its hero is one black-and-white moon plate cut into five layers: sky and a banded gas giant, terrain, a tall rocket on its gantry, and two boulders. Each layer leans on its own spring as you move, a reticle reads out lunar coordinates, dust takes a wake from your cursor, a vent plume streams off the hull and the pad beacon blinks. Click the ground to send an orange ping along the regolith. Below, an orbit is drawn by scroll and a countdown rolls like an odometer. Built in HTML and Three.js, one file, no build step.
